A Brand Name firm-fixed priced contract using NAICS 333999 shall be awarded by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. The Request for quote (RFQ) is to purchase CC Jensen (Brand Name) Kidney Loop Filter Systems. The Kidney Loop Filter Systems are required for Dexter Powerhouse governor oil sumps and clean oil tank to improve unit reliability and reduce outages. CC Jensen is the only known brand of kidney loop filter systems that meet all USACE performance specifications. No substitutions will do as this will void the warranty on current equipment. Reference the "Instructions to Offeror" within the solicitation for submission instructions.
