A brand name firm-fixed priced contract shall be awarded by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. The intent of this Request for quote (RFQ) is to purchase CJC (Brand Name) B27/27 Filter Inserts. These filters are currently used in the Governor Oil Purifying System for the main unit generators at Powerhouse #1 and Powerhouse #2, Bonneville Lock and Dam. No other replacement is allowed. This system is under warranty, and as such, only name brand filters shall be utilized, or it will void the warranty. Reference the "Instructions to Offeror" within the solicitation for submission instructions.
