THE OFFEROR SHALL SIGN THE AMENDMENT IN BLOCKS 15A-C IN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS ACTION AND SUBMIT IT ALONG WITH THE QUOTE. The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Camp Host Services needed at the Ivan Oaks Campground. This solicitation will be offered to small businesses under NAICS 721211. A firm-fixed priced contract shall be awarded by the USACE, Portland District to acquire Camp Host Services for Ivan Oaks Campground. The campground is 32 miles from Eugene, Oregon and approximately 8 miles from Lowell, Oregon. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Camp Host Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The work daily involves in assisting in the operation of the campground, conducting campground checks, providing information to visitors and informing of campground policies. See the PWS for further details of Camp Host duties and other requirements. The Government anticipates awarding One (1) Firm-Fixed Price - Services contract for a Base Year Period and Two (2) One Year Option Periods. The dates for the Period of Performance is to be determined at time of contract award. Option years shall be exercised per the Government's discretion. Reference the "Instructions to Offeror" within the solicitation for submission instructions.
