The CASCADE ISLAND SUBSIDENCE INTERIM REPAIR project is exempt from synosis IAW FAR 5.202(a)(13). Contract work will include the excavation of and removal of crane outrigger pads at the crane pads identified on the drawings and salvage for reuse. Excavate to a depth of 5 feet and set material aside for reuse. Install of 4 settling plates at each crane pad. Backfill at each location to filter fabric, re-used fill from excavated areas, gravel layer, and reinstall of outrigger pads.
