This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N24R0038 The US Army Corps of Engineers – Portland District’s requirement to solicit the release of up to 277,000 pounds of hatchery rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) to various rivers, lakes, and waterbodies within the Willamette Valley River Basin is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (2024-05) 22 May 2024. This solicitation is advertised as a Full and Open competition under NAICS Code 112511 – Finfish Farming and Hatcheries, with a small business size standard of $3.75 Million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
