The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, CENWP-CT-S, Portland Oregon 97204 intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for janitorial services needed at the Rogue River Basin Project (RRBP) in Southern Oregon. Areas requiring this service include the following US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) locations: Lost Creek Lake and Elk Creek Project. This is a performance-based contract to provide janitorial services for office space, the powerhouse, and recreational areas. This solicitation will be a total woman owned small business (WOSB) set-aside under NAICS 561720 with a size standard of $19.5M. The Government anticipates awarding One (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Services contract for a Base Period and Four (4) One Year Option Periods. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be: Base Year: 18 October 2021 through 17 October 2022 Option Year 1: 18 October 2022 through 17 October 2023 Option Year 2: 18 October 2023 through 17 October 2024 Option Year 3: 18 October 2024 through 17 October 2025 Option Year 4: 18 October 2025 through 17 October 2026 An RFP will follow this announcement on or about 26 August 2021.
