This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N21Q0020 for services to demolish and dispose of fire damaged structures at the US Moorings including asbestos containing material and incidental activities related to the cleanup is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 562910 Site remediation services, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
