This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N20Q0018 is for services to perform external recertification and surveillance audits of the single quality management system to ensure the US Army Corps of Engineers – Portland District (CENWP) Engineering and Construction Division’s (ENC) ISO 9001:2015 certification is valid and maintained; and provide ISO 9001:2015 certification/registration of conformity by issuing a new certificate. The Government anticipates one (1) firm-fixed-price, commercial services contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Subpart 13.1.The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01. This solicitation is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the NAICS Code of 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a small business size standard of $16.5M. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
