This combined synopsis solicitation was previously solicited under solicitation W9127N-19-Q-0023 and is being resolicited under the current solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N19Q0027 is for the requirement of phase array ultrasonic testing of butterfly valve weld inspection services at Cougar Dam. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. This solicitation is being competed as a 100% total small business set-aside under the NAICS Code of 541380- Testing Laboratories, with a small business size standard of $15 Million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
