This is a firm-fixed-price construction contract using a Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) structure. The selected contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials to construct the Black Warrior Tombigbee Alabama-Coosa Project Management Office, including site work, utilities, environmental remediations, and ancillary requirements. Work will follow the Offeror’s Design-Build to Budget full design and comply with applicable Department of War, U.S. federal, and partner-nation codes and standards.
