This is a Sources Sought notice for market research, not an active solicitation, to identify qualified small businesses for a future IDIQ contract supporting the BUILDER SMS Program. The anticipated work involves providing quality assurance services for facility data analysis, both within the continental U.S. (CONUS) and outside (OCONUS). The performance location for specific task orders will be determined at the time of their issuance. The government is specifically seeking responses from small business firms classified under NAICS code 541990 with a size standard of $16.5 million. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience and the capacity to manage up to six simultaneous task orders.
