This project involves constructing a state-of-the-art laboratory building, utilities, pavements, and optional ancillary buildings for the USDA-ARS National Soil Dynamics Research Unit. The work will be performed at the USDA's Research Park and Aquatics (Storage) Sites. The performance location is Auburn University.

This project requires the construction of a state-of-the-art laboratory building and site related utilities and pavements, and optional lab annex/headhouse, greenhouse and other site related buildings and features at the Research Park Site.
