This is a limited-source justification for a new Firm Fixed Price Task Order to provide electrical utility services for the Irvington Project Site Offices. The services are required for a period of ten years. The contract will be funded using non-expiring Operation & Maintenance General funding. The performance of services is specified for the Irvington Site Office.
