This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, is applicable to this procurement. The solicitation number, as referenced above, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 effective date 1/17/2025 and DFARS Publication Notice 117/2025.This RFQ is issued as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard code is 3333241 and, the small business size standard is 500 Employees. NOTE: All due date/times are Central Time. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ. All Grills and Fire Rings must be delivered within 60 days after award.
