The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, facility, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, required to perform equipment operation, grass mowing, cleaning, refuse removal, landscape maintenance, herbicide application for landscape purposes, and beach water testing at or near Okatibbee Lake, Collinsville, Mississippi as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Exhibits, etc., contained herein. The contractor shall perform all related contractor administrative services necessary to perform the work such as supply, procurement, quality control, contractor financial control, and maintenance of accurate and complete records and files. The Contractor shall provide communication between the USACE and the Contractors superintendent, and between the contractors employees. This procurement is 100% 8(a) set-aside for small business. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $9,500,000.00 for the past three (3) years under NAICS 561730. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://sam.gov/. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation.
