The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, has a need for a construction contract to repair at Black Warrior and Tombigbee Lakes. The objective of this project is to procure a design-build contract for the fabrication of six (6) fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) culvert valve bulkheads (13’-2” x 14’-1¾”) and bulkhead rigging intended for the Holt Lock and Dam. The new bulkheads are required to fit in the existing slots without modification to the valve slots. This is a Sources Sought Notice, NOT a solicitation announcement. Accordingly, no contract award will result from this Sources Sought Notice, as it does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be used by the government in making an appropriate acquisition decistion.
