The scope of these services is to support USACRC’S activities for the Mobile District and its customers within the Army Safety Management Information System-Revised (ASMIS-R), ASMIS 2.0 is implemented using a web platform that is customized to fulfil the current and emerging needs of Army Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). The USACRC G6’s Mission is to provide, manage, protect, and support the United States Army Combat Readiness Center’s ASMIS 2.0 family of systems. The operation, maintenance, and enhancement of ASMIS 2.0 requires efforts at the application/database, data center and enterprise help desk levels for not only the USACRC, but to holistically support emerging EHS needs of the Army worldwide. The components of ASMIS 2.0 consist of an emerging family of systems that contains individual modules that precisely support the key activities of Army Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) outlined in the illustration below along with an overarching analytics component to provide analysis. The requirement will be satisfied through the use of a USACE, CESAM awarded IDIQ type professional services SATOC under NAICS Code 541519, size standard $34 Million. The contract period will be for a five (5) year ordering period. This procurement will be 100% Set Aside for Small Business. All offerors must be registered in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government’s best interest.
