W9127824R0033 – Phase One – Perform Design-Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract in Support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Northern Region THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED WITH A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. This project will be a Two-Phase Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price, Best Value, Design Build, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of design-build and construction in support of DHA Medical Facilities in the Northern Region of the United States of America.
