The Contractor shall provide refuse collection services for Department of Defense Joint Communications Engineering Support Element (DOD JCESE) in Miami, FL. The contract will be for a base year and four (4) one year option periods. The scope of the work will consist of the Contractor furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to perform refuse collection services for the 150-acre installation, which includes 31 buildings.This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $47,000,000.00 for the past three (3) years under NAICS 562111.The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://piee.eb.mil. All offerors must be registered in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information.The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
