This Sources Sought is to determine if any Korean National companies are capable meeting the Technical Qualification listed below.Technical Qualifications. AE firm is required that demonstrates experience in development of Installation Facilities Standards (IFS) for the U.S. Air Force (USAF), performing data input and analysis of outputs using the AF?s IFS model, and development of strategies for addressing identified vulnerability gaps and mitigative actions. The A-E firms experience must also show past performance with facilitating onsite planning charrette to include experience obtaining USAF mission owner interviews for critical mission data collection, review of sustainability systems requirements, climate and energy resilience gaps or vulnerabilities, to include mission assurance. Additionally, past performance experience must include perform surveys of supporting USAF critical facilities infrastructure. Past performance experience in application of the USAF Corporate Facilities Standards (AFCFS) planning process and development and accuracy in use of the IFS model are essential for assessing mission assurance and climate and energy resiliency at Kunsan AB and Osan AB. Must be US Licensed and Registered Professional Engineer Firm knowledgeable of US Regulatory Requirements capable of performing in the Republic of Korea. Must be Korean National Firm located in the Republic of Korea.
