This project will be a Stand-Alone "C" Type, Firm Fixed Price, Best Value ,Operation & Maintenance (O&M) with incidental Repair and Minor Construction contract. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission. The intent of the contract is to provide all personnel, services, materials, equipment (except those materials and equipment that are Government-furnished), and transportation required to perform Operation and Maintenance (O&M) with Repair and Minor Construction services.
