THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO NOTIFIY THE PUBLIC THAT SOLICITATION W9127823R0107 WILL POST AT PIEE.EB.MIL THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER. *Site Visit: 7-8 November 2023. See details below. W9127823R0107 – PERFORM O&M WITH INCIDENTAL REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AT KELLY ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL (KACH), WEST POINT, NEW YORK. THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. This project will be a Stand-Alone "C" Type, Firm Fixed Price, Best Value ,Operation & Maintenance (O&M) with incidental Repair and Minor Construction contract. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission. There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference on 7 - 8 NOVEMBER 2023. Contractors must sign in at the Front Desk of Keller Army Community Hospital and obtain a Visitor’s Pass. This pass must remain visible for the duration of the tour. Contractors will be escorted to Conference Room 2F04. The site visit information will be included in the solicitation package.
