Qualifications should include factory training or 5-years of experience performing this type of overhaul maintenance on the specific manufacturer and breaker type for this overhaul project. Receipt of proposals has been extended until January 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. central time. Amendment 0005 is issued to add a Revised Statement of Work dated November 16, 2023, and reference documents. Closing date extended until December 4, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. central time. Amendment 0004 is issued to include a revised statement of work and extends the closing date to November 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. central standard time. This scope of work covers services to perform overhaul maintenance and repair on twenty-two (22) SF6 gas circuit breakers in service and associated air disconnect switches in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. Furnish supplies, material, equipment, and technical assistance necessary to inspect and re-gasket three pole units on each ABB model 121PM40-20 breakers, ABB model 121PM40-12 breakers, and HVB model HS145-B breakers. A factory trained technician or qualified field engineer with 10 years of experience performing this type of overhaul maintenance on the specific manufacturer and breaker type for this overhaul project will provide services to train and support the West Point, Walter F. George, and Woodruff plant staff. The Contractor shall provide the necessary genuine manufacturer recommended parts required to perform the manufacturer?s recommended overhaul maintenance. The West Point Powerhouse is located on the Chattahoochee River in Lanett, Alabama. The Walter F. George Powerhouse is located on the Chattahoochee River in Shorterville, Alabama. The Jim Woodruff Powerhouse is located on the Apalachicola River in Chattahoochee, Florida. The solicitation is enclosed.
