THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO NOTIFIY THE PUBLIC THAT SOLICITATION W9127823R0055 WILL POST AT PIEE.EB.MIL AROUND MID-NOVEMBER 2023 (15-20 NOVEMBER 2023). W9127823R0055 – PERFORM O&M WITH INCIDENTAL REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AT MEDICAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT COMMAND (MRDC), MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. This project will be a Stand-Alone "C" Type, Firm Fixed Price with incidental Repair and Minor Construction contract. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission. There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference on 27-28 November 2023. See attachment. First Day – Meet time 0800 EST – Fort Detrick , 9000 Amber Drive, Frederick, Maryland, Visitor’s Gate. Contractors should receive their badges at the visitor’s center, unless they already have base access. Tylor Bell and staff will meet contractors at the visitor’s center to escort contractors to building 525. Tylor Bell - tylor.k.bell.civ@health.mil. If individuals do not have a government ID (CAC, etc.) a Real ID, passport or birth certificate will be required to gain entry at Fort Detrick, MD. Additional details will be uploaded with the solicitation package at PIEE. The site visit information will be included in the solicitation package.
