THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO NOTIFIY THE PUBLIC THAT SOLICITATION W9127823R0053 WILL POST AT PIEE.EB.MIL AROUND 20 October 2023 W9127823R0053 – PERFORM O&M WITH INCIDENTAL REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AT FORT BELVOIR COMMUNITY HOSPITAL (FBCH) IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DAH) PROGRAM, FBCH, FORT BELVOIR, VIRGINIA THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. This project will be a Stand-Alone "C" Type, Firm Fixed Price, Best Value ,Operation & Maintenance (O&M) with incidental Repair and Minor Construction contract. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission. There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference on 26 October 2023. The site visit will begin at Building 1230, 9300 DeWitt Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA. Attendees should meet in the lobby at 0745. The contractor will need to enter through the Liebert Gate, if the individuals do not have a government ID (CAC, etc.) a Real ID, passport or birth certificate will be required to accesss Fort Belvoir. Facilities will meet the contractor at the Main entrance of Oak Pavilion and provide visitor passes at the Facilities Dept. Additionally, site visit information will be included in the solicitation package.
