The distribution line shall be constructed in four sections: (1) Highway 90 to Hanshaw Road, (2) Hanshaw Road South (from Highway 90 to Old Spanish Trail), (3) Old Spanish Trail East to Fountainbleau Road South to Point Aux Chenes, and (4) Point Aux Chenes to Peabody Road South to Jean Lane.
