The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as described in the statement of work for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers leased space located at 11010 HWY 49, Suite 8, Gulfport, MS 39503 (5,233 square feet). Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas, and storage room areas. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 561720. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $19.5M for the past three (3) years. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about 22 December 2022. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest.
