O&M and Repair for Healthcare Facilities and Helipads at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)/Fort Sam Houston, Texas The intent of the contract is to perform plant operations, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and repair of real property installed equipment (RPIE), facilities, helipads/heliports, and supporting facilities in a continuous and satisfactory manner on a 24-hour basis, 7 days per week.
