Sources Sought Notice / Market Research for information on capability and availability of potential contractors interested in proposing on Firm-Fixed-Price contracts to provide operations and maintenance with incidental repair and minor construction in support of DHA Medical Facilities in East of the Mississippi Region of the United States of America. The Mobile Regional Contracting Center proposes to utilize a diverse mix of contractors via Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs). A determination regarding the potential small business reserves will be based on the information and interest received as a result of this notice. The intent of the contract is to perform plant operations, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and repair of real property installed equipment (RPIE), facilities, and supporting facilities in a continuous and satisfactory manner on a 24-hour basis, 7 days per week.
