This announcement is to notify the public that solicitation W9127822R0020, Perform Operations & Maintenance and Repair at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas in Support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Program will post sometime between the first or second week of April. The pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held approximately two weeks after the solicitation is posted (mid to late April). The Mobile District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Medical Support Team (MST) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Stand-Alone “C” type contract to support O&M and Repair requirement for BAMC. The solicitation will be a full and open competition. This acquisition will consist of full-service operation and maintenance of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission.
