The scope of these services is to provide laboratory services as needed for execution of the Regional Occupational Health Program within the Corps of Engineers' South Atlantic Division (SAD). SAD covers the following eight states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the attached scope of work. All offerors must submit bids for all or none. The anticipated period of performance will be one year from date of contract award. This procurement is unrestricted. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $35,000,000.00 for the past three (3) years under NAICS 621511. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest.
