Solicitation Number: W927821R0053 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FSC: 5999 South Atlantic Division Generator Automation Control Cabinet Supply NACIS: 335314 Relay and Industrial Control Manufacturing This project will be advertised on an Unrestricted Basis for a SATOC contract under the North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code 335314 for the US Corp of Engineers, South Atlantic District, Mobile, AL The solicitation package will be available for download on or about 3 May 2021. The intent of the requirement is to perform all work required to construct and deliver Generator Automation Control Cabinets for thirteen (13) hydropower facilities in the South Atlantic Division. These cabinets will be used as Remote Terminal Units (RTU) for the Generic Data Acquisition Control (GDAC) system. The control cabinets will be built at the contractor’s facility and drop shipped to the requested facilities. The work described within these specifications shall include, but not necessarily be limited to the following: Perform all wiring and labeling according to the supplied drawings Capability to deliver a minimum of 6 complete cabinets every 3 months from task order issue date until task order is complete Perform all wiring of cabinets at the contractor’s facility and deliver a complete functional unit ready to interface with the USACE control system Provide a cabinet that meets all technical size and wiring requirements listed in the SOW and must provide all of the brand name specific components listed as follows: Monaghan Engineering - Sequence of Events Recorder Cisco - Network equipment SEL - Protective Relays and Revenue Meters Allen-Bradley - ControlLogix Platform ProSoft - Modbus Communication Module LuxLink - IRIG Transmitter/Receiver SoftPLC Corporation – Hardbook No other parts or components, listed above, will suffice to meet the Agency's requirements.
