Amendment 01 - The PWS is replaced in its entirety with this amendment. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), South Atlantic Division (SAD), Mobile District (CESAM), Savannah District (CESAS), and Wilmington District (CESAW), Hydropower Plants require contractor services to provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, travel, facilities, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, software, licenses, supervision, all off site work, all on site work, etc., to perform testing, model validation, data collection and reporting requirements for the Hartwell, Richard B. Russell, J Strom Thurmond, Buford, Carters, Walter F. George, and John H. Kerr hydropower generators to meet current NERC and SERC Reliability Corporation (SERC) compliance reporting requirements. The model validation reports shall be in accordance with requirements of the current version of NERC standard, MOD-025, MOD-032, MOD-026, and MOD-027 as well as associated SERC Reliability Corporation requirements.
