Furnish all planning, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, plant, subcontracts and all other things necessary to Dry Dock and Perform Repairs to the S/V Damrell, Alabama. Work will include (not all inclusive): dry docking, compartment cleaning, battery testing, Anode inspection, Main Engine & Generator annual maintenance, Survitec Zodiac life raft service, hull cleaning, power washing, and painting. The Government will deliver and pick up the S/V Damrell from the contractor's facility, without cost to the successful bidder, if the facility is within the vessel's area of operation, approximately 125-mile radius. (between Pensacola, FL and Gulfport, MS). It is anticipated that a contract with Fixed-Price and Cost Reimbursable line items of work will be awarded to a single contractor. This 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates is 1,250 employees using NAICS 336611. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about March 22, 2021 with a minimum 15-day response date.
