Furnish electrical power, Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. Work consists of modification of existing electrical distribution system, and fuel systems including all associated work required to prepare the system for installation of utility-grade electrical power generation modules and operation and maintenance of the power modules and associated equipment. The power generation modules will be furnished by the contractor. The minimum requirement is to have three (3) generators functional at all times. The intent is to have three (3) primary generators and at least one (1) spare to allow for maintenance and periodic repairs while providing constant power from three operational generators. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded for a one-year base period and four (4) option years. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS is 221112. Prime contractors proposing under this solicitation must be U.S. firms, Honduran firms, or Joint Ventures between U.S. and Honduran firms. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about March 1, 2021 .
