The scope of these services is to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems that meet the required specifications in the attached solicitation. Quote will also include the cost to install the required HVAC systems and all materials, accessories, and ductwork that is required to make the HVAC system fully operational. All quotes must be submitted in accordance with the attached solicitation. This solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $16.5M for the past three (3) years. All prospective contractors and their subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in beta.sam.gov before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to award of this contract. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications will only be available via beta.sam.gov. Registration for plans and specifications should be made via beta.sam.gov. If you are not registered, the United States Government is not responsible for providing you with notifications of any changes to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available only as a direct download. This solicitation will not be issued on CD-ROM. Neither telephonic, mailed, nor fax requests will be accepted.
