Primarily the work consists of performing inspections and troubleshooting following an excitation system component failure; performing repairs to components or replacement of components in-kind inside the static excitation cabinet; performing repairs or replacement of HMIs utilizing exciting programming; changes to proprietary control programming; performing field test and commissioning after repairs or replacement of components to the static excitation system; and, verification of Models and Data for Generator Excitation Control System or Plant volt/VAR Control Functions per MOD-026-1. All equipment, supplies, and/or materials provided under this acquisition shall be new and unused. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment to perform this work in strict accordance with the detailed requirements of the Scope of Work (SOW) specifications and associated drawings.
