Firm Fixed-Price contract to lease multiple modular buildings and furniture in order to provide one overall modular facility to support CE/PM, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The period of performance for the lease will be a base year plus four 1-year options. Delivery and installation for this requirement will be needed by November 1, 2020. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts and all other things necessary to accomplish the following items of work: incidental design, furnish and install modular units, ramp for ADA/ABA access, utility hookups, maintenance, and take down after completion of contract term. Following is a general scope of the requirement: ~50 offices (120-150 sf each), 283 cubicles,~4,500 sf of conference spaces (300-500 sf each), kitchenettes, comm rooms and 12 strand fiber service to facility, ~500 sf of storage space (64-128 sf each), HVAC centrally controlled, domestic water service, sprinklered facility and alarm system connected to base fire protection system, wastewater piping appropriately sized, and electrical coordination with Gulf Coast Electric.
