The work described in this solicitation is for the construction of a new Cyberspace Test Group Facility at Eglin AFB, Florida. The facility is multistory, 52,003 square-feet, and consists of a multi-level sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF), utilizing conventional design and construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility. The facility is designed with a concrete foundation, split-faced concrete block over a steel frame, and sloped standing seam metal roof. The facility also includes fire suppression systems, all utilities, pavements, communications, site improvements, and associated support facilities to provide a complete and useable facility.
