Services is to provide diversely skilled expertise in the implementation and application of environmental laws, statues, and regulations, including but not limited to: the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act Comprehensive Environmental Responsibility, Compensation and Liability Act, National Historic Preservation Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Noise Control Act, Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act, International Standard for Organization 14001, and Executive Orders involving the Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety. The requirement will be satisfied through the use of a USACE, CESAM awarded IDIQ type professional services SATOC under NAICS Code 562910, size standard 750 employees. The contract period will be for a three (3) year ordering period. This procurement will be 100% Set aside competitive 8(a). The solicitation package will be available for download on or about March 10, 2020.
