The scope of these services is to support Cultural Resources activities for the Mobile District and its customers within the South Atlantic Division (SAD) to facilitate NEPA mission assignments for BRAC, Army Residential Communities Initiative (RCI), Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL), and OCONUS requirements for SOUTHCOM. Services include, but are not limited to: (1) terrestrial and marine archeological investigations, (2) historic architectural services, (3) architectural history, (4) museum support, (5) curator services, (6) Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) summary and inventory services, (7) Geographic Information System (GIS) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) services, and (8) historic studies in support of cultural resources investigations. The requirement will be satisfied through the use of a USACE, CESAM awarded IDIQ type professional services SATOC under NAICS Code 541720, size standard $22 Million. The contract period will be for a five (5) year ordering period. This procurement will be 100% Set Aside for Woman Owned Small Business.
