Estimated Cost Range $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. Construct a secure compartmentalized information facility (SCIF) according to DOD and ARMY standards, including ICD 705, to support DoD cyber research, development, test, evaluation and training. This facility supports two primary organizations, each with unique facility requirements, that include PM ITTS (Project Manager Instrumentation, Targets and Threat Simulators, and SOF Training Systems) currently located at PEO STRI in Orlando and for the TRMC (Test Resource Management Center) to stand-up a National Cyber Range (NCR). Construction project located on University of Central Florida Campus. The plans and specifications and all notifications of changes to this solicitation shall only be made through this posting and modifications hereto. Requests for Information (RFIs) generated from the site visit must be entered into the ProjNet Contractor RFI system for responses. Attendance at the site visit is strongly recommended.
