Sources Sought Notice / Market Research for information on capability and availability of potential contractors interested in proposing on Firm-Fixed-Price Contracts to provide design-build, construction and repair in support of DHA Medical Facilities in the Southern Region of the United States of America. The Mobile Regional Contracting Center proposes to utilize a diverse mix of contractors via Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs). A determination regarding the potential small business reserves will be based on the information and interest received as a result of this notice. The intent of the design-build construction contracts are to provide quick response for performing repair and minor construction relating, but not limited, to the architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security and safety areas of military healthcare and research laboratory facilities in a cost-effective manner. This is a market research and sources sought notice only. No award will result from this Sources Sought Notice. There is no solicitation available at this time; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and its supplements.
