The Army Corps of Engineers is requesting to lease approximately 215,000 square feet of usable contiguous space in Huntsville, for the Corps of Engineers Huntsville Center (CEHNC). Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can either be customized or built to suit the Governments needs and security requirements. The term required is one (1) year firm with nineteen (19) additional option years. The facility is to be located within a five (5) mile radius of Gate 9 of Redstone Arsenal within the provided GIS parameters.
