Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can either be customized or built to suit the Governments needs and security requirements. The term required is ten (10) years total comprised of one (1) year firm with nineteen (9) additional option years. The facility is to be located within a ten (10) mile radius of the entry to 5224 Martin Rd, Huntsville, AL 35898.
