The Department of the Army is requesting to lease approximately 152,000 square feet of usable contiguous space in Huntsville, Alabama for use by a government agency. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can either be customized or built to suit the Governments needs and security requirements. The term required Twenty (20) years total comprised of one (1) year firm with nineteen (19) additional option years. The facility is to be located within a ten (10) mile radius of the entry to Gate 9 of Redstone Arsenal.
