The Contractor must provide all personnel, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide the items as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The location of supply project is Jess Dam, located in Jackson County, Oregon. The Contractor must perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations in the completion of work. 1. Section 10 was inadvertantly marked as 8(A) and corrected to show 100% Small Business, this was NOT intended to be an 8(A) set aside. This requirement is set aside as TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS.
