This announcement is for The Dalles Thrust Bearing Oil Coolers. Cross Reference Sources Sought annoucement W9127N20R0018. Project Scope: Fabrication of nine main unit coolers, three station coolers. The work requires reverse engineering and providing drawings of the fabricated coolers. The new coolers must be essentially identical to the existing coolers located at The Dalles Dam. The Government intends to furnish 1 each of the coolers as a reference for reverse engineering purposes. Acquisition Method: The solicitation will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) with Definitive Responsibility Criteria. This acquisition will result in a single firm-fixed-price contract. Set-Asides and Codes: This solicitation is intended to be a Full and Open competition.
