The general description of the work is to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, layouts of work features, and supervision needed to construct a temporary community housing site consisting of 97 housing site pads located at St. John The Baptist Parish, Louisiana. The site shall be developed to operational status so that Recreational Vehicles may be placed on home site pads. Work shall include constructing gravel roads, home site gravel pads, gravel parking pads, positive storm water drainage, potable water and sewer lines, on site waste water treatment plant, electric power service, site lighting, fencing, and other miscellaneous site amenities. This work does not include the haul and install of Housing Units, which will be performed by the FEMA LOG House contractor.
