The estimated construction budget is between $99,628,420 and $110,698,420, within a total programmed amount of $125,000,000. The projected award date for Phase 1 (Design and Preconstruction Services) is targeted for the third or fourth quarter of FY27. The period of performance is approximately 1,000 calendar days following execution of the Phase 2 construction modification.
